Difference between similar records

In servicenow if I go to constituent services then customer then business, in one instance I am getting BUS0000001 and in one instance I am getting ACCT0000001, why are they different and what is the difference between them? Can someone help me to understand the difference between them and how can I create new records as they don't have a New button. How to have a new button please?

All you going to get here is guesses here. Seems the two instance don't match in what is deployed on each. This is a question for the instance administrators.
