Difference between Workspace and Next Experience Notification.

Hi All,

I am creating notifications to be triggered for whenever a case gets updated.

I came across these 2 notification content type 

What i can see is Workspace is not customizable but next experience is customizable, is there any other functional difference between the two or what exactly is the use cases for them?

Additionally for workspace is there a way to increase notification timeout?

Workspace is the 'old' agent workspace that is not configurable. If you aren't using it, don't start with it. Next Experience are the workspaces that are configurable.
