1. Is it feasible, if I have an approval on the accept phase (screenshot below) when it is approved the policies in the plan build phase will be compliant?
2. if one of the tasks are not completed and some policies are not compliant, will it not proceed to the next phase when we click complete phase button?

I thought someone from the community would reply on this, but looks like DPR is very new for everyone. And we both are experimenting with it.

As per me, NO. It should not move forward, I have not been able to test this part till now, but you can try in PDI and share feedback.
