I have enabled the Confidentiality for Audit tables using the 'Enable record level confidentiality' property,So that the sensitive data can be accessed by only allowed users.
But it is stll accessible to the Admin user. The KB article(KB1096093 - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-governance-risk-compliance/page/product/grc-common/c...) in the Servicenow Doc is not found when we try to open it. Can anyone tell the steps to follow to make it inaccessible for the admin users.
From ServiceNow Docs: By default, the administrators can also view the confidential records. If you do not want the administrators to view the confidential records, follow the steps mentioned in KB1096093, this KB article is not available.
