Disable Cart Layout for New Product Catalog Item

Hello Community,

Within Catalog Definitions, there is a menu called "Create New Software Product Item", when a new record is inserted it also creates a record under Catalog Items. Is there a way to set Hide to Cart as True, Use Cart Layout as False and No Cart to True when a record is created?

Could you please provide some screenshot please. Look like you want to hide after record creation , but layout work at time of record creation.
