Anyone knows if it is possible to to turn off Custom Notifications under Notification Preferences on a system level? and ideally even turn it off like no single user being able to use it or see it?
Not seeing any OOB option to do this. one of the option is maybe you can add them to a category and do a read ACL on that category ? similar to this below post.
