System Import sets - Data Source Not opening

Hello Gurus,

During opening existing or new data source from System Import sets > Data Source, getting this errors:

Don't see any information in developer or community sites.

Attribute "class" was already specified for element "a".

Any idea or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Please find the attached screen shot, the error occurs during creation of new or opening an existing data source.
