Disable 'Edit' button from the Purchase Order page in the Shopping Hub Portal

In Shopping Hub Portal, when we click on My Purchases, list of purchases will be visible.

When we select any PO record,  the above page will be rendered.

"Edit" button present in this page need to be Disabled.

Please do the needful.
