The #BuildWithBuildAgent App Gallery is here!
When we launched the #BuildWithBuildAgent Challenge, we asked you, the ServiceNow Community, to show us what's possible when you combine your ideas with the ServiceNow AI Platform. You delivered, and then some.
We received submissions from all over the world: apps that solve real operational headaches, tools that serve communities in need, platforms that reimagine entire industries, and yes, even a retro video game. (We see you, Cory.)
What stood out was the thinking behind each build. These are solutions born from actual problems: credential rotations that break Discovery at 2 AM, fragmented market pricing that hurts consumers, students at risk of falling through the cracks. The Community brought real challenges to Build Agent and walked away with working applications.
The Build Agent team reviewed every submission and hand-picked the apps you'll see below for the App Gallery. Each one showcases what's possible when you code with purpose, and each includes the prompts and strategies that brought them to life so you can learn from them, remix them, or use them as a launchpad for your own ideas.
Let's meet the apps.
Amruta’s Closet Kindness
A donation pickup logistics app that collects clothing donations and automatically routes assignments to city-based collection teams, and tracks pickup status from request to completion.
Judge's Take: The use case is heart warming yet generic enough to be applied to other logistics use cases. Born from a college social project collecting clothes for orphanages, it's a blueprint any nonprofit or logistics operation can adapt. Food banks. Book supply distribution. Furniture donations. Equipment lending libraries. The pattern is transferable, which means this one submission unlocks dozens of potential applications for the community.

Nia’s Gift Exchange Event Manager
A multi-tenant gift exchange platform where event organizers can create gift exchange events and participants sign up with their preferences (brands, colors, hobbies). Includes role-based access that keeps participant details private and automated email notifications for sign-ups and event milestones.
Judge's Take: The prompting strategy shows maturity and lessons learned from previous attempts shaped the final prompt well into explicitly defining roles and ACLs, requesting notifications upfront, generating demo data for all tables. Her blog is reusable template for anyone learning to work with Build Agent, showing not just what to prompt for, but how to think about structuring prompts for complex applications.

Kondur’s CredSafe Rotator
A credential rotation readiness dashboard that prevents Discovery outages before they happen. It analyzes every stored credential (SSH, Windows, SNMP, JDBC), calculates risk scores, shows exactly what will break during rotation, and generates an automated playbook that pauses affected schedules, and helps the instance be ready for credential rotation automation.
Judge's Take: Key strength is real world application of this project. Every CMDB Discovery admin knows this pain: quarterly security mandates credential rotation, you comply, and 300+ Discovery schedules fail at 2 AM. It solves a common, costly problem that entire admin teams face. With minor tweaks, this pattern extends beyond Discovery to any ServiceNow credential management scenario.
Tajudeen’s MarketPulse
A crowdsourced market-pricing app that gives Nigerian households, traders, and policymakers real-time visibility into essential goods prices across regions. It collects price submissions from citizens, verifies data, aggregates regional trends, and displays pricing alerts, bringing transparency to markets where price information is fragmented or manipulated.
Judge's Take: It's a replicable pattern for bringing price transparency to any underserved market where information asymmetry hurts consumers. A clear, outcome-driven prompt guided Build Agent to solve a genuine real-world problem with meaningful social impact that could genuinely help households, traders, and policymakers in underserved markets make better economic decisions. The crowdsourced verification workflow prevents data corruption, the Nigeria-inspired color palette shows cultural thoughtfulness.
Douglas School of Dentistry Care Center
A comprehensive patient management system for a Brazilian dentistry school that connects students, professors, scheduling agents, and patients. It handles course scheduling, clinic triages, patient assignments, appointment booking, historic records with notes and exams, satisfaction ratings, and a waiting list queue, all designed around the real workflow of dental education where students need supervised patient experience to graduate.
Judge's Take: This user brought 13 detailed requirements from a real dentistry school pain point and translated them into clear instructions for Build Agent. The complexity here is impressive: multi-role workflows, semester-based course instances, FIFO waiting lists, historic record PDFs, and satisfaction surveys. In under 20 minutes with just 7 prompts, Build Agent generated 9 core tables with relationships, 5 user roles, business rules, a workspace, and sample data. He also highlighted a key Build Agent feature many miss: automatic diagnostics before each build that repair errors, saving prompts and debugging time. This isn't theoretical, it's solving actual operational chaos in dental education.

Senior citizens can request medicine delivery with a single tap, blood donation calls reach the right volunteers instantly, disaster relief teams get real-time coordination, transport requests for medical appointments are matched to available helpers and it is all through skill and location-based automated matching with emergency escalation and audit trails.
Judge's Take: What makes this special is the adaptability, the crowdsourcing pattern works beyond healthcare. Companies could use this for internal volunteer programs, mutual aid networks, or emergency response coordination. He built a complete modern experience with React UI, real-time analytics, role-based access, and automated workflows that match volunteers by skill and location. It's purpose-driven engineering proves technology can meet communities at their most vulnerable moments.

Cheikh’s & DM Technology’s AI Candidate Portal
A CV analysis platform that will use Flow Designer scripting to extract PDF content and encode it to Base64, with planned Now Assist integration for automated scoring, skill extraction, and candidate screening.
Judge's Take: This team didn't avoid complexity, they ran toward it. The main technical challenge? Circumventing ServiceNow's lack of native PDF OCR by orchestrating Flow Designer, custom scripting, and Now Assist together. Build Agent helped navigate multiple platform layers (low-code, pro-code, and AI) to turn binary PDF files into structured recruitment data. The team proved Build Agent's range beyond basic CRUD apps, guiding developers through complex architectural decisions across multiple ServiceNow capabilities.

Shows Build Agent isn't just for business problems, it can create joy too. With 4 prompts, they deployed a fully functional game, then iteratively added power-ups and leaderboard integration. Judge's Take: Profoundly personal accessibility innovation addressing fundamental digital exclusion and demonstrates what Responsible AI should look like with privacy-first gesture recognition, and represents the kind of problem-solving that stayed with someone for years until the right tools made the solution possible. This submission proves AI's highest purpose isn't efficiency, it's ensuring technology works for everyone, especially those historically excluded.
