Hi @avinashdubey103 ,

You can try impersonating the user. Then go to Top Right(user icon)> preferences>notifications>advanced preferences. Here search for your notification and disable it.

Thanks,

Rishi.

Hi @avinashdubey103 ,

The user can personally disable it in the user notification settings.

If you as admin want to do it for the user, you can impersonate the user to do so for the user.

Hello @avinashdubey103 ,

If you are sending any notification to the group then ServiceNow checks if this group has "Group email" associated with it. if yes then notification would send to that email id present in the field "Group email" on group form. e.g. DL or personal id.

If this field "Group email" is empty then members of that group gets email notifications individually.

If particular user do not want this notification then he can disable particular notification from his profile OR admin can impersonate him and disable it.

Hope this clarifies your query. Please mark my answer correct and helpful.

Happy to help you in future too.

Thank You,

Rajesh
