Disable personalize form action "gear icon" for ITIL user

Hi,

Working with UI 16. There is a gear icon present in all the forms called personalize form. It is visible for ITIL users as well. For the project requirement, I need to hide it for all the ITIL users.

Please guide me on that.

I have read the Document regarding this. But nothing is mentioned about hiding the gear icon for a specific role.

Any help will be appreciated.

I can see a property called glide.ui.personalize_form.role. where value is ITIL. Shouls I modify that to admin?
