Personal development engine missing to activate the plug-ins

Hi, We have got the PDI, we would like to activate the plug-in for my instance. I don't see the option (step 2) as per the steps below, not able to see the "ALL>System Definition > Plugins"

1.Sign in to the Developer Site and click Start Building from the header. Your PDI opens in a new window.
2.On your PDI, navigate to All > System Definition > Plugins.
3.In the Search field, type the <name of the plugin to install>, for example, app engine studio.

Hi @ATTDIGI ,

Please try searching using the keyword “Plugins” and ensure that you have the admin role.

If the issue persists, please clear your browser cache and retry, or validate the behavior again in your instance.

Did you login as admin or as AES uset?

 

Try to cache.do 

 

And then search plugins and follow process

Share your screen shot. If you login by ADmin, you should get the plugin available in the plugin list until its a stored  app.

Seems like it is AES account.
We are very new to the servicenow. Started exploring on servicenow.


Appreciate it if anyone can advise how to get the admin account.
