Disable Response Time Indicator

Hello All,
Can anyone pls help me to disable the response time indicator in Employee Center Portal. I was checking through system properties but couldn't get any on it.

Administrators can disable the Response Time Indicator clock icon by setting the glide.ui.response_time system property to false.
- Navigate to System Properties > All Properties.
- Search for glide.ui.response_time.
- Update the Value to false.
- Save the record.
Service Portal->Widgets->Performance Indicator
Yes able to restrict it via roles assigned.

What I done was to comment out the HTML and now it is no longer visible on the portal:
