I have a requirement where I need to hide few variables (part of a variable set) from appearing in variable summary widget in Service portal only when the RITM is created through an order guide.
To explain my requirement with an example, consider an order guide 'Onboarding' with a variable set 'Hardware' which consists of 2 variables - keyboard & monitor. The same variable set is part of individual catalog items as well.
I need to disable these two variables from appearing in the variable summary widget in Service portal when the RITM is created through order guide but not from an individual catalog item.
Any pointers on how to achieve this requirement ?
