Disabled priority values are not showing in reports

Hi All,

 

We had disabled our old custom priorities like P1, P2,.. when I try to generate a report on old incidents the priority value is showing empty. Please assist.

Can you share what you did? 

Because if the value is on the records, they should show up. Were they just inactivated, or did you delete them?

@Mark Manders - We had just deactivated the priorities. Its showing in the tickets but not in the report.
