Problem Management - Any Approval Process in place to authorize Root Cause Analysis

I wanted to understand/learn about any OOB approval process in place to authorize Root Cause Analysis for problem management in new/assess state, if not what is the best practice to place approval process.

No, there is no OOTB process for RCA. It is manual as of now. BUt if you want you can build it for you.
