Discover Projects filter for Atlassian Jira Integration for Agile Development

The current implementation of Atlassian Jira Integration for Agile Development discovers all projects within a Jira Instance when selecting the "Discover Projects" UI action. Is there a way to filter the projects that are discovered, given a list of specific project names/keys, in order to avoid discovering and importing all the projects in the instance?

I am working on Atlassian Jira integration project .

Question is How to move the update sets from one to another environments

we have 33 projects . I have created each project(sn_jira_int_proj) and individual table(sn_int_common_table_map.do) and Field maps(sn_int_common_field_map) are captured in the update set.

what I observed is every environment Project table sys id's are different. How i captured the update set for all 33 project related  table mappings and Field mappings and choice mappings So, do we need to create mappings manually without the update sets in each environment? its taking lot of time to create table mappings and Field mappings and choice mappings for each project.

Is there any way without going through manual steps?
