Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns Unable to be Updated

I am noticing that we are unable to update our PDI's to the latest Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns due to a related required plugin update that only ServiceNow can update. Had anyone else noticed this? See the image below.

Ran into this today also.  Highest I can get installed is version 1.8.0, which isn't certified for Washington.
Version 1.12.0 is looking for sn_pattern_design version 6.16.1 from the store.

I have ran into this several times before where it couldn't be updated because of Pattern Designer. But today when I checked again I was finally able to start an update of the pattern to 1.18.0
