We have a group of Kyocera TASKalfa 408ci's that I am having trouble running Discovery on. I suspect a Firewall issue. Are ports 161 & 162 (SNMP) the ports that need to be opened here for a successful discovery or are there other ports that I need to open instead?

Hi
as you can see on page https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-it-operations-management/page/product/discovery/referenc... not only the SNMP ports (161, 162) are used for a successful Discovery but also the corresponding MIB files.
