On the Dispatcher Workspace, there are individual headers for each Assignment Group that has Agents with schedules that can be Assigned WOTs. When the Schedule Optimization engine begins a Job, a 'pop-up' will display on the Dispatcher Workspace under the header of the Assignment Group that is currently being processed by Schedule Optimization (See image in Acceptance Criteria for reference).
As a part of this 'pop-up', it also currently displays the 'Job Start: XX:XX' to show the time that Optimization started. For this Story, we need to keep the 'Job Start: XX:XX' displaying on the Dispatcher Workspace Assignment Group headers after the Job completes to inform the Dispatchers monitoring the Assignment Group of the last time that the Optimization engine ran.
