Display a calculated score in PA Dashboard

Hello Everyone,

 

I want show a score in the PA dashboard. The logic goes like this (Incidents closed/ Incidents created). For this I have created two indicators and then created a formula indicator to calculate the value and then used the formula indicator in the widget. But, the data is not shown correctly in the dashboard. E.g. Incidents closed= 38, Incidents created = 40 so the data should show as 38/40 = 0.95 but it is showing as 20 as shown below. Can someone help me if I am doing something wrong?

Hi @Anirban3 ,

 

  1. Have you verified in the scorecards that you have 38 and 40 according to your indicators?
  2. Do you have a daily/weekly/monthly data collection job ongoing?
  3. How is your unit set in the formula indicator?
  4. Have you tried to remove the times series within the widget "By month AVG".
