I had field that on the catalog item called items. it is reference field(sc_cat_item) it will display list of catalog items. so here is my requirement
while raising request on form it should check this - Sys User table i had a field called persona - it has values of executive and designer. if requested for user has a persona is executive and had an role - 'itil then display only Laptop, MacBook catalogs in items field. if user has designer and had an role itil role it display desktop, computer catalogs in dropdown field.
if user don't have any persona and itil role then it should all catalog items in the field.. How to achieve this
