Good afternoon all 🙂
I would like to find out if there is a way to display the username field on the task_sla table? I do not see an option to add it via the slush bucket ('name' is not on the 'available' side). I also tried to add it on the table itself by editing the form but I do not get it right. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Atul, I am not sure what you mean by "You mean called of Incident?" I attach screenshots so you can see what I am trying to do.
If you look at the 3rd screenshot, it displays the userID for 'created by'. I would like to see the username. I asked in the community previously to display name instead of userID, but I could still not get it to work, so now I would like to know if there is a way to just add the name field as well.

Got your point. Instead of P122222 id you need taht user name.
I just check in my PDI and i can see user name
Might be just see any thing you change in sla table which showing id not name.

The only thing different is that the 'created by' field was set to true in our dev environment. On my PDI 'SLA Definition' is set to true. I changed that on our dev environment, and it still displays P-numbers instead of name. I cannot see anything else that is different.
Is there no way to add the username on the form so it displays both 'created by' and 'name'?
Regards
Thereza
