Display Value and Sys ID showing on PDF Export

Hi all, 

Somebody has informed me that upon exporting a report to PDF data for a particular filed is showing the display value xml

e.g. 

{"displayValue":"Cheltenham","value ":"61c836a4db5083005a74fb041d96 195e"} 1 0.08% {"displayValue":"

The field is actually a dot walked field caller.location, its displaying fine on the report within the tool, this is purely an export issue.

Any ideas?

It's a reference to the location field on the user table

This is certainly not OOB behavior. I'm having this happen too and am attaching a screenshot to give you some context. For whatever reason, instead of showing the actual Business Service (the field we're having issues with), instead it's showing the dv and the sysid in curly brackets.

This is working fine in my Madrid PDI.

Yes, this is a known issue; I've had several Incidents raised by my end users about this. And as the HI KB indicates it is slated for London patch 7 or later.
