Display Value and Sys ID showing on PDF Export

Hi all, 

Somebody has informed me that upon exporting a report to PDF data for a particular filed is showing the display value xml

e.g. 

{"displayValue":"Cheltenham","value ":"61c836a4db5083005a74fb041d96 195e"} 1 0.08% {"displayValue":"

The field is actually a dot walked field caller.location, its displaying fine on the report within the tool, this is purely an export issue.

Any ideas?

This is OOB behaviour with PDF export.

You can export report in XLS, CSV format to see actual value instead of sys_id of user record.

It certainly doesnt seem like it should be oob? Whats the benefit of displaying values in this way?

What's data type of field on your table?

Is this reference field or glide list field?
