Display wait time for live agent to user in Ms Teams

I noticed that in virtual agent on service portal when an user selects live agent topic, then user is shown a wait time. But the same functionality is not available for virtual agent on ms teams.
I am using max wait time to display info message when no live agent is accepting the chat, but i would like to display that wait time to end user.
I found a solution related to this, pasting the screenshot below. I not able to understand how to get the wait time and display in chat. Here in the flow they are converting the wait time to milisecpnd but from where they are getting this value.
Please help me understand
We would like to show the user some wait time and if the wait time is over a message should be shown saying "try again later"
