Displaying catalog variables on sc_req_item table

Hello, 

Is it possible to display catalog form variables like First Name, Last Name (Screenshot 1) as a 2 additional columns on sc_req_item table (screenshot 2)? Thank you.

You can achieve this through Report please follow the below step mentioned in the article,
