The ServiceNow Workflow editor model is similar to a visio flowchart design - however it is not the same

Visio can be used to create very complex process workflows - including swim lanes for responsible people

In ServiceNow, you would have to develop your own management of the workflow items into such a set up

I personally use Powerpoint for simple workflows, sometimes Lucid Charts, or if available then Visio.

Then the answer is no.

ServiceNow is not designed to be that. If you need to do flow charts - use appropriate tools - such as Visio
