Hi All,
Do the following in parallel is not working as expected. When triggering the approvals its directly goes to no longer required and rejected status. find the screenshot for reference. The approval filed is empty as well.

Yes , this scenario is a known limitation of the Do the following in parallel logic in Flow Designer when used with the Ask for Approval action: by default the approval engine creates record watchers tied to the Approval field on the task and as soon as one branch approves/rejects the remaining parallel approvals are marked No Longer Required, which causes the behaviour you described (approval list empty and flows skipping to rejected).
As a workaround, the best practice approach is to remove the value from the Approval Field parameter in the Ask for Approval action so that the flow doesn’t create watchers and the parallel branches can run independently and wait for each approval to complete...

when you use "Do the following in parallel" flow logic and use multiple "Ask for Approval" then Decision from 1st approval is being applied to all the approvals
see these blogs and the KB from ServiceNow with a workaround
Parallel Approvals in Flow Designer
Parallel Approvals in Flow Designer
the below KB talks about the issue you are facing and a possible workaround
