Hi everyone,
I've been looking through the capabilities of DocIntel, which is really interesting. With that said, I've been wondering of the following.
1. Our company has been using MemoQ and Intento. I'm aware that we have Intento in the ServiceHub store, but can we integrate it with MemoQ?
2. I'm thinking, can we use DocIntel to extract data from screenshots, create a flow that opens a request in MemoQ and Intento to translate the request (if it's for knowledge base)?
3. Can we also create a flow that directly translates the texts in screenshots and documents in relatime through flow designer by integrating Intento?
We have API in AEM which could make it possible but I would love to know your thoughts.
Thank you so much!

Hello,
Intento offers a dedicated MemoQ Intento Plugin that allows you to leverage Intento's aggregated machine translation (MT) services directly within your MemoQ projects. This means you can:
Access multiple MT providers: Intento acts as a hub, providing access to over 30 MT providers (like Google Cloud AutoML, Amazon Translate, DeepL, etc.) through a single interface in MemoQ.
Utilize smart routing: Intento's "smart routing" feature can automatically select the best MT provider for a given language pair and domain, optimizing quality and cost.
Apply custom models and glossaries: You can use your custom MT models and glossaries configured in Intento directly within MemoQ to ensure consistent terminology and improved translation quality.
Integrate into workflows: The plugin allows you to use MT output in the Translation Editor and during pre-translation steps in MemoQ.
So, while Intento is in the ServiceHub store (likely referring to a ServiceNow ServiceHub, given the context of DocIntel and AEM which are also relevant to ServiceNow), its integration with MemoQ is achieved through a specific MemoQ plugin.
Best Regards
