DocuSign integration with ServiceNow through Docusign spoke

I have a query regarding Docusign integration with ServiceNow. How Templates are configured at docusign end and how to get fields required for mapping in workflow. If anyone have worked on Docusign spoke and created Flow to send envelope to docusign, please help here.
