DOCX Content Type Isssue

Hi,

 

I'm trying to generate a docx file using the content type 'application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document', but it's not working. I can generate a doc file using 'application/msword'. Can someone please assist me in generating a docx file in ServiceNow?
