Does AI Search work in an on-premise implementation?

Our team is developing in Paris and doing an on-premise implementation for our client. Does AI Search work for on-premise implementations or is it strictly available in cloud?

Hello,
There is not much Servicenow documentation available for ON-PREMISE Instance. What I have Heard from one of my colleague is that if you have a HI account there is some documentation available in that, to get you more information about the ON-PREMISE topic.
Now , considering the AI search concept it generally gets activated when Servicenow enable it from their datacenter for the environment you requested.
Now going by the ON premise means the entire control and management of data is now on you , so I am not sure whether the AI search will be supported on this or not.
But, your best BET would be to raise a HI ticket and get confirmation from Servicenow HI team.

Hello, on-prem customers have access to the self-hosted Knowledge Base which contains installation instructions for Machine Learning.
