I would like to take CIS HR next month but i havent completed CIS Data foundation.
So, can i complete CIS HR first then take CIS data foundation in next few months?

No, data Foundation not a pre requisite for HRSD.
Only these certs need DF first

CIS-SM (Service Mapping)
CIS-SIR (Security Incident Response)
CIS-SAM (Software Asset Management)
CIS-VR (Vulnerability Response)
CIS HR is not on this list - you can complete it without CIS-DF.
