Hi @22a31a0471

eBooks are non-transferable, non-downloadable, and cannot be copied. This means you need to use the eBook only within the designated application where it is provided. Also, from what I’ve heard, ServiceNow has stopped offering eBooks for most courses now, and CSA is the only one where an eBook is still available.

You will get the eBook for CSA when you register for the training.

Hi @22a31a0471

Based on my experience, the questions might change from 205, but the rest will remain the same. The key is to be clear in the ebook you prepare, as it’s still reliable and important to clarify the exam.

Hi @22a31a0471 ,

No syllabus will change. Only 3-4 questions from new features of Yokohama may be coming or changing, rest all normal admin concepts. So dont worry and prepare well. Good luck.
