Does form section order in classic view also show same order in workspace view?

If not, where can we configure the section order for workspace?

It depends, but in a lot of cases, like "Service Operations Workspace" there will be a separate "Service Operations Workspace" (and "Service Operations Workspace New Record") view that needs to be configured separately.

So you'll need to repeat the field order for each of the views you want to match the basic view to ensure they appear the same way.
