Does Inbound action get processed if email attachment size exceeds the limit?

Hi,

 

I have a question. Suppose an email is received where the attachment size exceeds the allowed limit, the docs mention that a record will get created in the sys_email_attachment table and the attachment gets discarded.

 

Suppose there exists an inbound action to process the email to generate a ticket, will the ticket get generated without the attachment or will there be no ticket generation?

The ticket will get created but there will be no attachments added to it.
