Is it possible for Predictive intelligence to suggest solutions based on previous incidents and automatically categorize tickets based on previous tickets without Workspace i.e. can the classic platform view provide the same functionality for the user?

@Navaneeth1 There is no relation between workspace and categorisation of tickets. Predicative intelligence can be used without workspace as well.

No, it is not required. PI work on old data to draw the pattern and results and it can be WS or native view both works.
