If you open the 'Complete' UI action, you will see the code that makes this popup appear. It opens the form in the 'ptask_complete_dialog_view_1' to enable you to fill the fields needed to close the task.

If you are trying to find the way to update the fields or something like that, you can just go to the view and apply changes there.
