Hello Everyone,
We recently upgraded our sandbox instance from Helsinki to Jakarta and are experiencing an issue where we have to login twice in order to access our instance.
After the initial login, we'll briefly see the homepage before we are once again redirected to the login page again. After the second login, everything works ok.
I opened a HI ticket regarding this and they suggested changing the Login Page field under Configuration -> Configuration Page to "Clean Login".
This did fix the double login issue but it takes away our custom login page, which has our university's branding.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any help would be appreciated as we eventually will upgrade all our instances as well.

SN support helped me find a solution to my problem. Basically the jakarta upgrade no longer supports how we currently treated our login page. Below are the steps we took in case anyone has a similar issue.
1. On the content configuration set the login page to Portal-Login Page
2. On the login rules, set the "Users with Roles to Frameset" to True

Are you using some SSO? It sounds like an SSO login first which isn't passing authentication through to the platform.

No, we're not using single sign on at the moment.

We faced a similar issue recently, and that was because SSO was upgraded. It was our SSO team to solve this.
