1) I applied dynamic Reference qualifier for caller field in incident table.
2) Why do we need to select Global table instead of incident table while creating Business rule for Dynamic reference qualifier for caller field in incident table ?

you can use script include as well or global business rule i.e. business rule on global table

Hear I am writing this reference qualifier for caller field in incident table so I need to select incident table in business rule instead of global.
yes we can do via script include in Dynamic reference qualifier also but just need to get clarity on this.

Hello @Community Alums,
Using the Global Business rule (Business rule on Global table) is not a best practice, instead, you can use Script include, and call that script include from dynamic reference qualifier
