Doubt in Service Operations Workspace - OOB card Incident SLA

Hi, Can any one help on the below reqt.

How to remove the OOB 'Incident SLA' card on Service Operations Workspace Experience and add a custom card named 'Open Incidents'.

Hi @maniseshua You need to go to UI Builder and select your respective workspace and select Landing Page. Select a respective card which you want to delete. Refer below screenshot

Now duplicate a first card Incident "Assigned to me" which is OOTB and Configure it for Open Incidents from right side Configuration Pane.

Hi @sugan1  As I see this UI builder is OOB. I don't think there is any possibility to edit it.

Hello @sugan1 You can create a variant of the the record information page then you can create a copy of SLA or any other card and also you need to make the copy of oob script includes which are calling from the data broker script to make the relevant change for the open Incident card.

 

script include - SOWIncidentInfoSNC 

Data broker [sys_ux_data_broker_transform] - SOW Record Information
