Download a certificate in Servicenow

I am trying to do a POC for one my client where I have to download the certificate from the third party using ServiceNow using REST.

It is anticipated that the new certificate process will be initiated by requests made directly from the ServiceNow via a service request following an approval process.

The third party generates a new key pair (if a user provided CSR was not used), submits the CSR, and retrieves the certificate from the CA. Once the certificate is ready the third part system will send an Outbound REST Message to ServiceNow and allow downloading of Certificate.

Can someone guide me here?

I have the same requirement, have you found any out to download the certificate link from third party to servicenow?
