Hi Team , 

.How to generate report, When I want to export the data for further analysis,Then I should have the option to download the report in a common format, such as CSV or Excel.

Hi @pramn,

You can export a list report to Excel by scheduling an export of the report.

1.Navigate to Reports > View / Run.
2.Open the list report you want to export.
3.Select the Sharing icon and select Schedule.
4.Schedule the export of a saved list report as an Excel spreadsheet

5.The recipients of the scheduled report receive it in the form of an Excel spreadsheet.

You can export any table data in Excel, CSV, XML, Json formats from the List view itself.

1.Navigate to the list you want to export.
2.Right-click any column heading and select Export > Excel.

Do you have issues when scheduled reports, report on demand or just export from list view?

If the users are generating the report data and seeing the results in the platform, then share file in .xls fashion but the email arrives and without the data?
