Dropdown missing in portal

Hi guys, is anyone experience same issue with the dropdown choices? the first choice is not showing , screenshot below

Is your variable select box or lookup select box? looks like you shared 2 screenshots from different variables.

Can you verify if there are any client scripts that are adding/removing options?

I haven't experienced this before in my instance.

It may be a cache problem. Try deleting the web browser cache.
