Hi guys, is anyone experience same issue with the dropdown choices? the first choice is not showing , screenshot below

In the navigator, enter "u_dsrm_country_location.list" to open up the list.
Set the following filters with "AND" condition to see if "PC Breakage/Replacement" is listed. If it doesn't show, there's probably a client script that's inserting it.

In this case, check the client script and set "UI Type" to "All".
