We have enabled DTAC(Dynamic Translation for Agent Chat) and it is working fine for all the supported languages except Arabic.
It is also working fine for these unsupported languages Ukrainian and Vietnamese.
For Arabic and other unsupported languages (Greek, Filipino, Hindi, Urdu...) chats are getting translated one way. Chat are getting translated from English to Arabic or Greek or other language but not back to English.
This image is from Agent window. Agent's 'Hello How can I help you' was recieved in Arabic. But the same message when sent back to Agent was not translated.
A conversation with User speaking Ukrainian. The converation was recieved in Ukrainian on User window and User's reply was translated to English on Agent's window.
Why is this so? Can it be resolved with some configuration?
