Duplicate catalog items in Service portal

Seeing duplicate catalog items in Service portal while in the base system it looks good.
Is there any issue getting displayed twice.

Hi Ramu,
If Catalog items were getting displayed twice means
You have to remove one catalog item from service protal
Then it will work fine.

We saw a similar problem when launching Service Portal and it was resolved by removing the category from the item, clearing the cache and then re-adding it to the same category.
