Duplicate column names in same or different table

Hi, 

what happens if i use the same column name(not column label) in 2 tables? Will it cause any issue? If Yes, what type of issue will be caused.

You can have the same names in two different tables.

Hello Mani, You can have same name in two different tables Also there are case when you have created a field u_short_description in parent table and when you try to create the same back end name with child table .. that will not allow to create Mark the answer as correct and helpful if it helped ...!!
