Hi All,
I am facing intermittent issue that is updating duplicate comments one under the name of user and another as Midserver or System. So one update is happening via workflow that is calling script include to update the comments.
I tried logging in script include and found out script is running only single time , still comments are getting updated twice. Does anyone know what can be reason for duplicate comments sometimes? This issue is randomly happening, sometimes for same record it adds duplicate comments and sometimes only single comment.
Here second comment is added as System
